Temporary Service Drop-Off Area Information
The next phase of our facility transformation is underway, and while the service write-up and drop-off area is being remodeled, we'll have a slightly different process for dropping off your Lexus for service.
Process for Dropping Off Your Lexus
- We'll ask that you enter the dealership property from the west entrance from Brookpark Rd. - the one right in front of the dealership.
- As you proceed toward the service write-up area, you'll see a tent over the driveway just before the regular write-up area. This is where we'll meet you to drop off your vehicle.
- A member of our team will escort you inside our newly remodeled showroom where our service team will take your information, and complete your paperwork.
- If you have a loaner reserved, we'll escort you to your loaner vehicle and you'll exit the dealership from the east side exit (at the stop light). Or if you're waiting, you can be one of the first to enjoy our newly remodeled customer waiting area while we complete the maintenance to your Lexus.
And, as a small token of our appreciation during the construction phase of our service facility, we will provide each of our guests with an upgraded complimentary Platinum car wash while your car is being serviced. Just one more way for you to Experience Amazing!
