Lexus Sedan Model Lineup

The Lexus brand was built on the strength of its sedan lineup, dating back to the very first Lexus model, the LS. All of the comfort and performance you expect from a luxury brand, but with levels of safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction that other manufacturers never seem able to achieve. For anyone considering a Lexus sedan for their next vehicle, and it’s only natural that you would be, it’s important to know what Lexus offers. So we put together this guide to the Lexus sedan lineup, so you can pick out the model that’s right for you.

2026 Lexus IS
Key Features
- Starting at $46,795 MSRP*
- Standard 3.5-liter V6 producing 311 horsepower and 280 lb-ft of torque
- Available all-wheel drive
- Lexus Safety System+ 3.0
- Forged Bamboo center console
- Available Mark Levinson® 17-speaker, 1,800-watt, 7.1-channel Premium Surround Sound with QuantumLogic® Surround
The IS is the compact sedan in the Lexus lineup, made popular by its exciting driving dynamics and great style. It also offers standard V6 power, an incredibly rare thing for a compact sedan, even a luxury compact sedan. All-wheel drive is available, and even the base model has serious, four-piston brakes. The IS comes well equipped, including the full Lexus Safety System+ 3.0 suite of safety features. Because it is so much fun to drive, F Sport trims have become so popular that the whole IS trim lineup is now F Sport variants. These come with a variety of performance features, from sport seats to performance-tuned suspension, depending on the specific trim.

2025 Lexus ES
Key Features
- Starting at $43,435 MSRP*
- Standard 2.5-liter I4 producing 203 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque
- Available 3.5-liter V6 producing 302 horsepower and 267 lb-ft of torque, or hybrid drivetrain producing 215 horsepower
- Available all-wheel drive
- Lexus Safety System+ 2.5
- Available Mark Levinson® 17-speaker, 1,800-watt PurePlay Surround Sound
The midsize ES puts a big emphasis on comfort, with Luxury and Ultra Luxury trims to make settling in for your morning commute or a longer road trip a much more enjoyable experience. Of course, there are F Sport trims as well, for those who want more of a performance experience in their ES. Several drivetrains are available as well, including a hybrid option, and this further highlights how versatility is such a major part of the success of the ES, and why it’s the best-selling Lexus sedan. The cabin is quiet (although the incredible premium stereo that’s available for the ES can change that in the best way), and the ride is smooth. The ES is also an incredible value for money compared to its German competitors, another big reason for its popularity.

2026 Lexus LS Heritage Edition
For 2026, the LS consists of just one trim, a special edition limited to 250 units. The full name of this is the LS 500 AWD Heritage Edition, chosen to emphasise the LS’s status as the original Lexus model, and its long-serving flagship. It is powered by a 3.4-liter twin-turbo V6 that produces 416 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. It comes in a new and unique paint color, known as Ninety Noir, and has 20-inch split-20-spoke alloy wheels in Dark Gray Metallic, as well as a Rioja Red interior, the first time this interior color has been offered on the LS. There are no options, so the list of standard equipment is immense, including a Mark Levinson® 23-speaker, 2,400-watt Reference Surround Sound system with QuantumLogic® Immersion. This last hurrah for a venerable and sophisticated model is priced at $99,280.
*As shown MSRP may include price of certain manufacturer options and/or higher grade and includes the Delivery, Processing and Handling fee (DPH), which is subject to change at any time. Excludes other manufacturer and dealer options, taxes, title and license, and dealer fees and charges. Dealer price will vary.
